The NO-DOC Loan Program

With a NO-DOC Loan, as opposed to a traditional loan, you can achieve the same goal of buying or refinancing an investment property without the layers of documentation as required by traditional banks in a fraction of the time.

There is no requirement for tax returns, bank statements, profit and loss statements, W2s, pay stubs, verification of employment, as requested and required by the bank.

The only requirements are: a lease, home owners insurance, appraisal, clean title report, LLC papers(including a letter of good standing), source of down payment, and proof of 6 months reserve payments.

Really that's it. It's just that simple.
